Return Policy

At Crafting on Cottonwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at tocahalo@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your item. Include the reason for the return.

• Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
